I led the design of KFC’s future restaurants in collaboration with JKR, translating their massive brand refresh into the physical environment. This work drove a dramatic shift from the status quo, establishing a bold, completely revitalized look and feel for the brand's brick-and-mortar presence.




From QSR to 'QXR'
The bigger ambition is experiential. And this is where the new identity gets exciting. The bucket becomes a giant fixture in restaurants, pop-ups, and other retail spaces. It literally swamps each space. Framed as a category shift – from quick-service restaurants to 'QXR', Quick Experience Restaurants
