Maida Vale Studios, one of the BBC's most iconic music venues was sold to Hans Zimmer and Associates.

We were picked amongst multiple agencies to pitch a new vision for a venue that hosted icons such as The Beatles and David Bowie.

We invisioned band new spaces created in the shell of the building. From cascading blocks into an endless void, to premium lounge and F&B areas with the Victorian roof structure.

All these new areas, complimented the existing music studios, that required careful restoration to a modern musical standard.

We won this pitch, from that we drew a lot of attention to the agency with full approval for the designs.

Site Breakdown

For the pitch, we detailed the massive site down to manageable information using colour coded renders. This allowed to show the extent of the works we were proposing and the vast scale of the site.
