Pelotoy
Agency: Fourmation
Ah, Pelotoy. This was such a fun in house project with Fourmation. Born from a love of wooden toys and the playfulness of the Peloton.
A complex design that looks very minimal to the end user. A smooth running, well-balanced, two wheeled bike, using bearings and lightweight materials.

Visuals
Pelotoy had to live in its own world, a colourful one that connected with ours. Multiple environments were created to help visualise the toy and also to build grounds for animation.
Drawings
I created a full drawing pack, detailing each component to within .001 to ensure we achieved the perfect balance. Out of respect to the unique design I cannot show the drawings in the public realm.

Prototypes
Aiding the design process, I printed 3D elements of each part to test weight, stability and functionality. To help provide a completed and accurate drawing pack to the manufacturer.
Animation
From the complex coding for a free moving wheel to crashing into potholes, the animation side of this was great fun. I used animation to create a social media presence. Using reels and looped sequences, a dynamic and effortlessly fun animation was created.
